RETURNED GOODS: 
Products may not be returned without a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number and are subject to a restocking charge. 

The RMA number must be prominent on the outside of all packages and shipped freight pre-paid.

Claims for shortages and/or incorrectly filled orders must be filed with Maverick Lock Company, Inc. within ten days of receipt of material.

Under no circumstances is Maverick liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Charge-backs will not be allowed. No cash refund given, exchange or replacement only. 

Credit for RMA is subject to inspection and acceptance that all material has been returned in the condition agreed upon issuing the RMA number.
